Vinification
Harvested grapes were brought to the cellar, destemmed, and delicately pressed. The juice was transferred into stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 10 °C (50 °F) to favor natural clarification of the must. Alcoholic fermentation took place at a controlled temperature of 16-17 °C (61-63 °F) to preserve primary aromas. The wine aged in stainless steel vats for short period and an additional 4 months in the bottle before being released.
Tasting Notes
NePriCa Rosé is pale delicate peach-blossom-pink in color. The nose offers notes of yellow peaches and apples in perfect harmony with citrus sensations of jasmine and orange blossoms. Fresh and savory on the palate with a soft attack sustained by pleasant acidity.
